Yes. In this case, customers can carry out procedures to authorize relatives to come to the bank to settle the savings account in two ways:
- Method 1: The customer and their relatives visit NCB to complete authorization procedures under the guidance and witness of NCB officers.
- Method 2: The customer makes a power of attorney and obtains confirmation from a competent authority.
As per the ordinance on foreign exchange management in Vietnam, commercial banks are permitted to sell foreign exchange to personal customers who can substantiate the intended use, which may include funds transferred for educational purposes, medical treatment, or international travel, etc. The sale of foreign currency for the purpose of depositing money at the bank, however, is one of the prohibited transactions. Customers can use NCB iziMobile on mobile devices (smartphones) running the following operating systems:

- If the customer already has an Internet Banking username and password: Simply visit the app store and download NCB iziMobile, install the app, and activate it following the provided instructions. Then immediately log in by entering the username and password registered for Internet banking to perform available transactions.
- If the customer has not used Internet banking services: They can register to use Internet banking and NCB iziMobile at any nearest NCB branch or transaction office quickly and conveniently.
- If the customer does not have information at NCB: They can open an account and use IBMB services using eKYC online identification on the NCB iziMobile application.
NCB has implemented a security system and professional measures to ensure security when using NCB iziMobile:
- Authenticate with user and password or with fingerprint or FaceID.
- Confirm the code when activating and change the password for your initial login to use the service.
- Authenticate financial transactions with a one-time password (OTP).
- Transaction authentication using smart OTP, which is more secure than SMS OTP for large financial transactions.
- The system automatically locks the User after 5 consecutive incorrect password attempts.
- The system automatically logs out after 5 minutes of inactivity.
However, NCB also advises you to keep your username and password information confidential. If you discover or suspect that this information has been disclosed, promptly notify us via the 24/7 Customer Service Hotline at 18006166 to request a timely information lock, preventing any potential misuse.
- To ensure safety, once you've installed the app, the system will send an Activation Code to the registered phone number. Please enter this code according to the instructions to activate the service.
- Following activation, the system will prompt you to set a new Password for your initial login.
- You may change your Password according to the instructions on NCB iziMobile, then use the features provided on the application.
- Transaction limits on NCB iziMobile are determined based on the service package that our customer registers (standard package or premium package) and transaction type (Internal transfer, Interbank transfer, or 247 Quick Transfer).

- Free registration
- Maintenance fees: 6,600 VND per month for the standard package and 9,900 VND per month for the premium package.

- However, in order to safeguard your information, the system may request code authentication upon your initial login on an unfamiliar device.
You can still use NCB iziMobile services when abroad. However, if you use the SMS OTP authentication method, please remember to register for international roaming service for your phone number to receive OTPs to authenticate your transactions. If you use the Smart OTP authentication method, you can activate it in Vietnam and use it abroad without using the registered phone number.
You can still use NCB iziMobile. However, please register the change of your phone number at the nearest NCB branch or transaction office, because the system will still send notifications (if any) and OTPs to the phone number registered on the system.

Yes, you can. To download and activate NCB iziMobile, go to the app store, complete the installation process, and activate it following the instructions. Then you can use the username (User) and Password you registered for Internet Banking to perform the available transactions.
According to NCB regulations, you are required to change your PIN for the first time before using your Home Debit card.
You can pay off your credit card balance in the following ways:
- Automatic debt deduction: You can register for the automatic debt deduction service from your account and register the debit amount as the minimum or maximum of the entire outstanding balance on your credit card statement.
- Cash remittance: You can visit any NCB transaction point to pay your credit card balance by depositing cash into your credit card.
- Bank transfer/Payment Order: You can conduct a bank transfer/payment order from any bank account to make debt payments to the credit card number opened at NCB.
No, you can use the card immediately after requesting activation from the CallCenter or staffs at NCB's transaction counter to activate it without having to change your PIN the first time.
