ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE CORE CARD SYSTEM UPGRADE

With the objective of continuously enhancing the caliber of Card products and services. The National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) has announced the upgrade of its Core TX Card system, including the following:

 1.  Upgrade time:

- The estimated upgrade time is from 11:00 p.m. on April 9, 2024 to 03:00 a.m. on April 10, 2024.

2. Services to be affected:

- Domestic card and Visa services will see a temporary interruption during the update period.
