Instructions for linking MoMo:

* Step [1]: Download & create a MoMo account;

Terms & Conditions:

1. Regulations on New Customers:

* According to Circular 23, Customers must complete all account authentication steps (take a photo of 2 sides of ID card/Citizen ID Card + successful face matching) & the linked bank account information must match the authentication information for the customer to be eligible to receive the reward.

* The MoMo account has never been linked to any bank account before, and the Bank Account has never been linked to any MoMo account before.

* The Customer has never deposited money into MoMo from a linked bank, or from a Transaction Point, or from an international card (VISA/MASTER/JCB), or from an ATM card via the Napas portal.

* The Customer has never made a transaction using MoMo (except for receiving money from another MoMo) and has never withdrawn money from MoMo.

* Each customer can only receive a maximum of 1 reward (1 reward receipt/1 MoMo account/1 ID card/1 bank account/1 device).

* NOT applicable when customers link MoMo via international bank link Visa/Master/JCB & ATM card via Napas portal.

* Each customer (1 ID card/Citizen ID Card/1 bank account/1 device) can only participate once, corresponding to 1 unique promotion.

* In case the gift is late, MoMo will pay the reward to the Customer within 72 working hours.

2.  Regulations on Gift Cards:

* Gift cards are NOT allowed to be combined for use in one payment.

* All gift cards are NOT transferable, convertible to cash, or given/gifted to others.

* Gift cards are only used for Shopping/Payment of services on MoMo (except Transfer/Withdrawal).

* Gift cards can only be used once. In the event that the payment value does not use up the value of the gift card, MoMo will not refund the difference.

* MoMo has the right to revoke gift cards or stop paying rewards in cases of detecting violations or fraud in the process of entering promotional codes or taking advantage of program incentives for personal gain.

* Users need to maintain a linked bank account throughout the promotion period and identify the account to use the gift cards.

* In all cases of dispute, MoMo's decision is final.

Note: The program may end earlier than expected if the promotional budget runs out.
