HR ASIA AWARDS PRESENTS "BEST COMPANIES TO WORK FOR IN ASIA" TO NCB
On August 3, National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) was honored to receive the "Best Company to Work for in Asia 2023" award at the HRAA (HR Asia Awards).
Awarded annually by HR Asia Magazine, this prestigious international award recognizes and honors companies with exceptional human resource policies and professional working environments in Asia. The award spans across more than 15 markets in the region, with more than 400,000 survey participants annually.
Surpassing hundreds of candidates for this year's award, NCB has earned high praise based on multiple rounds of surveys on the Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM) applied to the large human resources market in Asia, securing the award in its first participation.
NCB honored to receive the "Best Company to Work for in Asia 2023" award
Notably, NCB's survey results on all 3 indicators (1) Core - Core values, (2) Self - Personal values, and (3) Group - Collective values are all higher than the average score of businesses participating in the survey. NCB especially received a score of 4.86 in response to the question the question "Would you recommend NCB as an ideal workplace to family and friends?", significantly surpassing the average score of 3.93.
