LAUNCH OF ACCOUNT IDENTIFICATION & AUTHENTICATION FEATURE VIA VNEID ON NCB IZIMOBILE

Beginning September 24, 2024, National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) introduces account identification and authentication via VNeID on the NCB iziMobile app. This new feature will guarantee accuracy, safety, and security in transactions while reducing the time required for biometric identification and authentication in e-banking services.

With just 3 simple steps, opening an account is extremely easy and fast with the identification and authentication feature via VNeID on NCB iziMobile:

Step 1: Open the NCB iziMobile app, select authentication with VNeID and enter information

Step 2: Press continue, the system navigates to the VNeID application, Log in and select confirm data sharing

Step 3: Face authentication and confirm opening an NCB account

In addition, when customers need to open an online account, they can directly log in to the VNeID app, select the NCB banking service feature, and follow the instructions.

For users who have level 2 identification on VNeID, it will be easy to open a payment account, use financial products and services provided by NCB on their smartphones. This link also allows NCB customers to perform biometric authentication according to Decision 2345 of the State Bank of Vietnam on the banking application, simply and conveniently through the connection between NCB iziMobile and VNeID without the need for a physical chip-embedded citizen identification card as before.

In particular, from September 27, 2024 to November 9, 2024, customers who open an eKYC account, perform authentication via VNeID, and successfully activate the NCB iziMobile application will receive a VND 60,000 incentive for bill payment on NCB iziMobile.
