NCB RANKS AMONG TOP 10 REPUTABLE AND HIGH-QUALITY NATIONAL BRANDS 2023

On October 28, National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) proudly received the "Top 10 Reputable and High-Quality National Brands 2023" award for its continuous efforts in improving quality and bringing increasingly high value for customers.

"Reputable and High-Quality National Brands" is an award organized by the Economic Research Institute for Asia in collaboration with the Vietnam Enterprise Development Sciences Union (VNEDSU), attracting a significant number of companies across the nation to participate each year. The evaluation criteria for this year prioritized the efforts, resilience, and ingenuity of the company; proactive adaptation, robust digital transformation, and swift recovery in production and business operations; the capacity to guarantee effective labor and employment policies; and contributions to community development.

Surpassing many well-known names to enter the "Top 10 Reputable and High-Quality National Brands," National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank has affirmed the values it brings to customers, investors, and the community through countless superior and flexible financial solutions and contributions to the sustainable development of the society.

NCB is also known as one of the pioneers in digital transformation in recent years. In 2023, NCB upgraded the NCB iziMobile application for retail customers to a new, compact, secure, and modern "pocket-sized digital bank" version with a smoother experience and more optimal operations. The bank also launched NCB iziBankbiz digital banking with two versions of Internet Banking on Internet browsers and the iziMobiz application on mobile devices, specifically designed for corporate customers, helping companies digitalize their financial management, reduce the burden of operational resources, and promote business.​
