NCB receives an accolade at Data for Life 2024 for its application solution utilizing big data and artificial intelligence

National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB)'s "Integrated platform for deploying machine learning models based on cloud computing" won the Encouragement Prize at the Data for Life 2024 competition on November 27. It beat out nearly 380 domestic and international teams because it had a strong foundation and could be used in a lot of different social fields.

Data For Life 2024 is an international competition to seek ideas, solutions, and information technology products from young talents at home and abroad to solve social problems by applying big data and artificial intelligence, serving the construction of Digital Government, Digital Society and Digital Economy. The Center for Data and Population, Department of Administrative Management of Social Order Police (Ministry of Public Security), Hanoi University of Science and Technology, and Vietnam Television (VTV) jointly organize the competition.

In more than 2 months of implementation, Data For Life 2024 attracted 376 participating teams from all over the country and projects from abroad, such as Australia, Singapore, Korea, and Indonesia. In this year's final round, the 6 best teams presented and debated enthusiastically before the jury about digital products and solutions that are creative, have high intellectual content, and are ahead of the trend.

NCB's technology initiative won the Encouragement Prize at the Data for Life 2024 competition

As a "newbie" participating in the "Data for Life" competition for the first time, and also a "young" name in the field of information technology in the banking and finance sector, the NCB team conquered the judges with the project "Integrated Platform Solution for Deploying Machine Learning Models Based on Cloud Computing" with high feasibility in using artificial intelligence (AI) platforms and population data systems to promote social security services and economic development.

NCB's Cloud-based Integrated ML Model and Feature Serving Platform solution aims to support the effective deployment of machine learning models and optimize resources in the field of technology and AI in a variety of social fields. This system utilizes numerous optimized algorithms, ranging from raw data processing to optimizing the variable calculation process, to ensure a swift and precise response to all requests.

NCB's solution can help with the efficient use of machine learning models and the optimization of resources in the fields of technology and artificial intelligence in many social areas, including healthcare management, education, security, life services, and social security. It can be easily customized and integrated.
