One of NCB's notable changes in 2023 is relocating its new Head Office to 25 Le Dai Hanh, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi. The building is situated in a prime location, intersecting three major streets: Ba Trieu, Le Dai Hanh, and Thai Phien. This location offers excellent accessibility and connectivity for transportation. The bank also prioritizes investments in space and landscaping to enhance the customer experience and provide an inspiring work environment for its staff.
NCB made significant enhancements in operational efficiency and made substantial investments in technology platforms, solutions, products, and services. Additionally, the bank achieved a significant milestone by entering into a cooperative agreement with a globally renowned strategic consulting partner. This partnership aims to implement a new long-term strategy for the bank from 2023 to 2028 and in the long term. The new strategy, set to be vigorously implemented in the coming years, promises substantial breakthroughs and continuous value addition for customers.
NCB has consistently improved and innovated to enhance customer experience
NCB's transformations have yielded positive results, with the bank experiencing its fastest customer growth in 2023 compared to recent years. Statistics show that the customer base at NCB increased by over 33% in the first 9 months of the year compared to the same period last year. The bank aims to reach 1 million customers in 2023. By the end of Q3 2023, the total customer deposits at NCB exceeded VND 75,361 billion. This represents a growth of about VND 5,000 billion compared to the end of the previous quarter and an increase of over VND 4,000 billion compared to the end of 2022, in which the deposits from retail customers increased significantly by 10.8% compared to the end of 2022. The results indicate a growing trust of consumers, particularly retail customers, in NCB's reliable, transparent, and advancing operations.

Simultaneously with the complete overhaul of its systems and the involvement of dedicated personnel with extensive expertise in the Finance-Banking industry, NCB focused on building the best working conditions for staff development. It was also recognized as the "Most Innovative Retail Banking App in Vietnam 2023" by the Global Banking & Finance Awards, specifically for the NCB iziMobile application.
Simultaneously, NCB launched NCB iziBankbiz, a digital banking platform tailored for corporate clients. This platform facilitates the digitization of financial management for companies, reduces operational resource burdens, and fosters business development.
