National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) announces changes to the Fee Schedule, Card Interest Rates and Card Fee Policy from September 26, 2024. For details on the fee schedule and card interest rates, please refer here.

At the same time, NCB applies a preferential credit card annual fee policy:

- Free annual fee for the first year

- Free for the following years when the cardholder's spending reaches the total spending turnover of the previous year as follows:
