Notice of Dong Ba Transaction Office, Thua Thien Hue Province Closing

In order to improve the quality of products, services, and customer experiences, and to promote the development of digital banking services, National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) has terminated the operations of Dong ba Transaction Office - Thua Thien Hue Branch. Details are as follows:

1. Closing units:

- Name: National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank - Thua Thien Hue Branch - Dong Ba Transaction Office

- Address: 219 Tran Hung Dao, Dong Ba Ward, Hue City, Thua Thien Hue Province

2. Termination timeline: With the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam and authorities, Dong Ba Transaction Office will cease operations from July 27, 2024.

3. Customer transactions:

Customer transactions at Dong ba Transaction Office will still be maintained through the following channels:

- Other transaction offices/branches in the National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank system across the country;

- Online transactions through digital banking services: NCB iziMobile application for retail customers and NCB iziBankbiz for corporate customers.
