NOTICE OF DUC HOA TRANSACTION OFFICE, LONG AN PROVINCE CLOSING

In order to improve the quality of products, services, and customer experiences, and to promote the development of digital banking services, National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) has terminated the operations of Duc Hoa Transaction Office – Long An Branch. Details are as follows:

1. Closing units:

- Name: National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Long An Branch – Duc Hoa Transaction Office.

- Address: Binh Tien 1 Hamlet, Duc Hoa Commune, Duc Hoa District, Long An Province.

2. Termination timeline: With the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam and authorities, Duc Hoa Transaction Office – Long An Branch will cease operations from February 24, 2024.

3. Customer transactions:

Customer transactions at Duc Hoa Transaction Office — Long An Branch will still be maintained through the following channels:

- Other transaction offices/branches in the National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank system across the country;
