NOTICE OF HANG XANH, LE DAI HANH, AND BINH PHU TRANSACTION OFFICES, HCMC CLOSING

In order to improve the quality of products, services, and customer experiences, and to promote the development of digital banking services, National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) has terminated the operations of Hang Xanh Transaction Office, Le Dai Hanh Transaction Office, and Binh Phu Transaction Office - Sai Gon Branch in HCMC. Details are as follows:

1. Closing units:

2. Termination timeline: With the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam and authorities, Hang Xanh Transaction Office, Le Dai Hanh Transaction Office, and Binh Phu Transaction Office – Sai Gon Branch will cease operations from April 20, 2024.

Customer transactions at Hang Xanh Transaction Office, Le Dai Hanh Transaction Office, and Binh Phu Transaction Office — Sai Gon Branch in HCMC will still be maintained through the following channels:
