NOTICE OF HOA KHANH, NGO QUYEN, AND NGUYEN HUU THO TRANSACTION OFFICES, DA NANG CITY CLOSING

In order to improve the quality of products, services, and customer experiences, and to promote the development of digital banking services, National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) has terminated the operations of Hoa Khanh Transaction Office, Ngo Quyen Transaction Office, and Nguyen Huu Tho Transaction Office - Da Nang Branch. Details are as follows:

1. Closing units:

- Name: National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Da Nang Branch – Hoa Khanh Transaction Office. Address: No. 171,  Nguyen Luong Bang Street, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City.

- Name: National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Da Nang Branch – Ngo Quyen Transaction Office. Address: No. 1116, Ngo Quyen Street, An Hai Tay Ward, Son Tra District, Da Nang City, Vietnam.

- Name: National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Da Nang Branch – Nguyen Huu Tho Transaction Office. Address: No. 516, Nguyen Huu Tho Street, Khue Trung Ward, Cam Le District, Da Nang City.

2. Termination timeline: With the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam and authorities, Hoa Khanh Transaction Office, Ngo Quyen Transaction Office, and Nguyen Huu Tho Transaction Office – Da Nang Branch will cease operations from August 19, 2023.

3. Customer transactions:

Customer transactions at Hoa Khanh Transaction Office, Ngo Quyen Transaction Office, and Nguyen Huu Tho Transaction Office — Da Nang Branch will still be maintained through the following channels:

- Other transaction offices/branches in the National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank system across the country;

- Online transactions through digital banking services: NCB iziMobile application for retail customers and NCB iziBankbiz for corporate customers.
