NOTICE OF HONG BANG AND TRAN NGUYEN HAN TRANSACTION OFFICES CLOSING

In order to improve the quality of products, services, and customer experiences, and to promote the development of digital banking services, National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) has terminated the operations of Hong Bang Transaction Office and Tran Nguyen Han Transaction Office – Hai Phong Branch. Details are as follows:

1. Closing units:

- Name: National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Hai Phong Branch – Hong Bang Transaction Office. Address: No. 155, Quang Trung Street, Phan Boi Chau Ward, Hong Bang District, Hai Phong.

- Name: National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Hai Phong Branch – Tran Nguyen Han Transaction Office. Address: No. 233, Tran Nguyen Han Street, Nghia Xa Ward, Le Chan District, Hai Phong City.

2. Termination timeline: With the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam and authorities, Hong Bang Transaction Office and Tran Nguyen Han Transaction Office – Hai Phong Branch will cease operations from September 30, 2023.

3. Customer transactions:

Customer transactions at Hong Bang Transaction Office and Tran Nguyen Han Transaction Office — Hai Phong Branch will still be maintained through the following channels:

- Dien Bien Phu Transaction Office - Address: No. 27C, Dien Bien Phu Street, Minh Khai Ward, Hong Bang District, Hai Phong City; Tel: 02253757066 / 02253652123;

- To Hieu Transaction Office - Address: No. 320 + 322, To Hieu Street, Ho Nam Ward, Le Chan District, Hai Phong City; Tel: 02256260345;

- Other transaction offices/branches in the National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank system across the country;

- Online transactions through digital banking services: NCB iziMobile application for retail customers and NCB iziBankbiz for corporate customers.
