NOTICE OF RELOCATION OF NCB CA MAU BRANCH HEADQUARTERS

To enhance the quality of products, services, and customer experience, as well as to promote the development of digital banking services, National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) has ceased the operations of its Ca Mau Branch in Ca Mau Province and has renamed and relocated the branch to a new address, as detailed below:

1. Unit Ceasing Operations:

- Name: National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Ca Mau Branch.

- Address: 1st-2nd Floors, No. 3 Luu Tan Tai Street, Ward 5, Ca Mau City, Ca Mau Province.

2. Date of Termination of Operations: With the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam and relevant authorities, NCB Ca Mau Branch officially ceased operations at the above address as of February 16, 2025. Simultaneously, NCB Ca Mau Branch has been renamed NCB Ha Nam Branch and relocated to Phu Ly City, Ha Nam Province.

3. Customer Transactions:

Customer transactions at NCB Ca Mau Branch will continue to be supported through the following channels:

- Can Tho Branch – Address: 257, 30/04 Street, Xuan Khanh Ward, Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho City; Phone: (0292) 3781122.

- Other transaction offices/branches within the NCB banking system nationwide.

- Online transactions via digital banking services: NCB iziMobile for individual customers and NCB iziBankbiz for business customers.
