NOTICE OF TRAN QUANG KHAI TRANSACTION OFFICES, KIEN GIANG PROVINCE CLOSING

In order to improve the quality of products, services, and customer experiences, and to promote the development of digital banking services, National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) has terminated the operations of Tran Quang Khai Transaction Office - Kien Giang Branch. Details are as follows:

1. Closing units:

- Name: National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank - Kien Giang Branch - Tran Quang Khai Transaction Office (Tran Quang Khai Transaction Office).

- Address: Lot L01-01, Tran Quang Khai Street, An Hoa Ward, Rach Gia City, Kien Giang Province.

2. Termination timeline: With the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam and authorities, Tran Quang Khai Transaction Office - Kien Giang Branch will cease operations from October 25, 2023.

3. Customer transactions:

Customer transactions at Tran Quang Khai Transaction Office - Kien Giang Branch will still be maintained through the following channels:

- Other transaction offices/branches in the National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank system across the country;

- Online transactions through digital banking services: NCB iziMobile application for retail customers and NCB iziBankbiz for corporate customers.
