NOTICE OF TRUNG NU VUONG TRANSACTION OFFICE, DANANG CLOSING

In order to improve the quality of products, services, and customer experiences, and to promote the development of digital banking services, National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) has terminated the operations of Trung Nu Vuong Transaction Office - Hanoi Branch. Details are as follows:

1. Closing unit:

- Name: National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank - Danang Branch - Trung Nu Vuong Transaction Office (Trung Nu Vuong Transaction Office).

- Address: 219 Trung Nu Vuong, Hoa Thuan Dong Ward, Hai Chau District, Danang City

2. Termination timeline: With the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam and authorities, Trung Nu Vuong Transaction Office - Danang Branch will cease operations from March 16, 2024.

3. Customer transactions:

Customer transactions at Trung Nu Vuong Transaction Office - Danang Branch will still be maintained through the following channels:

- Nguyen Van Linh Transaction Office - Address: 104 Nguyen Van Linh, Nam Duong Ward, Hai Chau District, Danang City; Tel: 0236 358 4845

- Other transaction offices/branches in the National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank system across the country;

- Online transactions through digital banking services: NCB iziMobile application for retail customers and NCB iziBankbiz for corporate customers.
