NCB would like to announce adjustments to the Terms & Conditions of the "Wholehearted Trust – A Peaceful Tet" promotional program as follows:

- Prize Redemption Options: Winning customers may choose to receive their prize in the form of physical gifts (including an apartment, an air fryer, a multi-functional hot pot, or e-vouchers) or cash equivalent to the announced prize value, based on their preferences.

Note: Any applicable taxes arising from prize redemption shall be borne by the customer.

- All other terms of the promotional program remain unchanged as per the previously announced Terms & Conditions.
