As a result, NCB is providing free-of-charge money transfers (excluding T/T and OUR fees) to all retail customers utilizing its international payment services from now until March 31, 2023. Significantly, if the international payment transactions surpass USD 10,000 in value between February 15 and 21, 2024, customers will promptly be granted lucky money in the currency equivalent to USD 26. The exact amount will be converted to the exchange rate applicable at the time the transaction takes place.

By providing this enticing offer, NCB hopes to facilitate customers in sending love to distant relatives at the start of the year and serve as a bridge for them to do so. Simultaneously catering to the varied requirements of customers, including but not limited to purchasing and selling foreign trade products, arranging medical examinations and treatments, and studying abroad.

Deposit savings at the counter, immediately receive lucky money up to VND 666,000

Additionally, from February 15 to February 21, 2024, NCB will gift savings customers with lucky red envelopes at the counter as a wish to customers for a year filled with peace, prosperity, and good fortune.

Customers who deposit savings with a term of one month or longer at NCB transaction counters will receive lucky money in the amount of the deposit promptly. In particular, NCB awards lucky customers VND 66,000 for every VND 300 million to VND 3 billion deposited. Customers who make deposits of VND 3 billion or more will be awarded VND 666,000 in lucky money.

Get 26% off when paying bills and topping up your phone via NCB iziMobile

On "golden" days, joining the festive ambiance of spring, customers who use the NCB iziMobile digital banking application will be gifted with enticing gifts.

In particular, on the 10th of January, February, and March 2024, customers who use the NCB iziMobile application to top up their phones or settle debts amounting to VND 50,000 or more will promptly receive a 26% refund.

The promotion is valid for the initial 2,600 customers to use the service on a monthly basis; in total, 7,800 promotional codes will be distributed to patrons. Each customer is permitted one application per month and a maximum of three applications per entire program; the maximum refund per application is VND 50,000.

Customers who make international transfers or deposit savings at the counter between February 15 to February 21, 2024 will receive lucky money from NCB.

Chances to win 26 maces of gold and thousands of attractive gifts

Specifically, in observance of the Year of the Dragon 2024, NCB introduces the game "Collect Golden Dragons—Receive Good Fortune" for the first time on the NCB iziMobile digital banking application, providing customers with an unprecedented transaction experience.

Customers who successfully complete transactions on the NCB iziMobile application between February 5, 2024 and March 31, 2024 (e.g., opening an eKYC account, obtaining virtual cards, transferring funds, paying bills, mobile top-up, etc.) will accrue an equivalent quantity of Golden Dragon picks. Additionally, users who maintain a savings account balance of VND 100 million or an account balance of 1 million VND will be eligible to receive an additional 10 plays per day.

Customers will engage in the Golden Dragon crane game in the application with each accumulated play: shake the phone to shuffle the claw machine; move the claw left or right; and press "Pick" to pick up a Dragon.
