EXPIRATION OR NON-UPDATE OF IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS/BIOMETRICS RESULTS IN TRANSACTION SUSPENSION
The National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) would like to respectfully inform customers of the following information:
The State Bank of Vietnam's Circular 17/2024/TT-NHNN and Circular 18/2024/TT-NHNN say that starting January 1, 2025, customers who haven't updated their biometric information or whose IDs have expired will not be able to make online purchases, payments, cash withdrawals, or card transactions.
To avoid transaction interruptions, NCB recommends that customers who have not updated their identification information at the bank do the following:
* Update information via the NCB Izimobile application.
* Update information at NCB transaction points nationwide.
For foreign customers, you need to go to NCB transaction points with your passports and documents proving your valid residence period to update your identification information.
Note: When biometric information changes or ID Card/Citizen ID Card expires, you need to update it.
