NCB recently underwent a significant transition and revamped its NCB iziMobile digital banking application for individual customers. The new version caters to users' transaction preferences with its scientific interface and enhanced features. Several features of NCB iziMobile have been well-received by customers, such as automatic bill payment, the credit sharing feature, which is particularly beneficial for store owners, the ability to withdraw cash without a physical card, and the convenience of opening new virtual debit and credit cards within a minute and immediately using them for online shopping.

NCB continuously upgrades NCB iziMobile, focusing on a seamless experience and the ability to personalize according to user wishes.

NCB's recent implementation of the account nickname function clearly demonstrates the trend of customization. This functionality enables customers to own a readily memorable and customized bank account with a nickname, rather than a conventional account number, when conducting transactions on digital banking platforms.

For household business owners, nickname accounts provide time-saving and confusion-free transaction experiences, while also establishing a sense of familiarity and authenticity for the brand. Account owners who are office workers, students, or professionals can create an account nickname as a means of leaving a distinctive imprint, expressing their uniqueness, and introducing a refreshing and innovative approach to financial operations.

During the first five months of 2024, NCB iziMobile digital bank's user base has grown by over 80% compared to the same time last year. NCB not only improves the overall experience by satisfying all daily living requirements, but it also supports customers in achieving significant goals through adaptable credit solutions that cater to the specific lending demands of different categories of customers.

NCB specifically tailors a loan package with highly favorable interest rates to assist young families in purchasing, constructing, or repairing real estate. This package aims to help them achieve their goal of buying a dream house or upgrading a comfortable home at a lower cost.

NCB offers a loan package that provides short-term financing to customers who want to purchase, construct, or repair real estate. The loan has an interest rate of 4.99% per year for the initial 3 months. For loans with a longer duration, consumers are only required to pay an annual interest rate of 7.49% for the initial 24 months. The program is effective starting on June 1, 2024, and will continue until further notice.

In addition, NCB also provides effective capital solutions specifically for customers who are small traders and business households.

NCB's credit packages are "tailor-made" for each customer group.

Starting on June 1, 2024, customers who get financing to initiate and expand their business at NCB will benefit from a low annual loan interest rate of only 5.99%. This credit package offers a preferential period of up to 5 months, rapid approval procedures, and a free early repayment policy for loans settled less than 30 days before the due date. It aims to help individuals and business households alleviate the financial burden in the short term, allowing them to develop more efficient business plans and accelerate growth during the peak months at the end of the year.
