NCB RELOCATES HEAD OFFICE, BUILDING BREAKTHROUGH STRATEGY

On August 7, National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) officially opened its new Head Office at 25 Le Dai Hanh, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi and signed a cooperation agreement with the world's leading strategic consulting partner to build a new strategy for NCB for the 2023–2028 period.​

This marks a significant milestone in NCB's development after 28 years of operation, demonstrating the bank's strong determination and actions in the journey of restructuring and transformation towards its strategic goals.​

The opening ceremony was attended by leaders of the State Bank of Vietnam, leaders of management agencies and partners, consulting units, leaders, and staff of National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank.

Speaking at the event, the representative of the State Bank of Vietnam acknowledged the progress made by the National Commercial Joint Stock Bank in recent years in overcoming challenges and undergoing positive transformation amid international and domestic economic fluctuations.

Sharing about the bank's new milestone at the ceremony, Ms. Bui Thi Thanh Huong, Chairman of the Board of Directors of National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank, stated, "Today, NCB officially relocates to a new Head Office in a prime location, where employees will have the best conditions to work and bring customers a better experience.​ We have also completed strengthening the leadership apparatus and have the companionship of the world's leading strategic consulting firms to shape the most suitable strategy for NCB in the coming time.​" NCB leadership and staff are committed to be in agreement and surmount any challenges in order to develop and restructure in a secure, healthy, and efficient manner."

The new NCB Head Office is located at the intersection of three major streets: Ba Trieu - Le Dai Hanh - Thai Phien. ​This is one of the prime locations in the capital city of Hanoi, with excellent transportation and connectivity.​ The Head Office is designed in a modern, sophisticated, and elegant style with full functionality to meet all the needs of customers. The bank pays special attention to the space and landscaping to bring a positive and fresh experience to customers who come to transact, as well as to create an inspiring working environment for employees.

At the ceremony, NCB Board of Directors also appointed to Mr. Ta Kieu Hung as Chief Executive Officer of the National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank.

In addition, NCB officially signed a cooperation agreement with the world's leading strategic consulting partners to implement a new strategy for the bank in the 2023–2028 period and in the long term. According to the bank's representative, with the desire to contribute and build more banks in Vietnam that are prestigious and meaningful to the community and society, NCB invited one of the world's leading strategic consulting companies to join its new journey. This company offers a strategic vision with a deep understanding of the market and global and Vietnamese trends, aligning with NCB in development ideals and orientation. They will also be supporting research and building strategies and plans to bring breakthroughs for NCB towards the goal of healthy, secure, and effective developmen contributing to elevating the bank to a higher level and establishing a prominent position in the future.
