NOTICE OF NCB BAC LIEU BRANCH CLOSING

In order to improve the quality of products, services, and customer experiences, and to promote the development of digital banking services, National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) has terminated the operations of Bac Lieu Branch. Details are as follows:

1. Closing units:

- Name: National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank - Bac Lieu Branch.

- Address: B17-19, Lot B, Bac Lieu Trade Center, Ward 3, Bac Lieu City, Bac Lieu Province

2. Termination timeline: With the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam and authorities, NCB Bac Lieu Branch will cease operations from December 17, 2023.

3. Customer transactions:

Customer transactions at the Bac Lieu Branch will still be maintained through the following channels:

- Ca Mau Branch - Address: Floor 1-2, No. 3, Luu Tan Tai Street, Ward 5, Ca Mau City, Ca Mau Province; Tel: 02903 581 667

- Other transaction offices/branches in the National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank system across the country;

- Online transactions through digital banking services: NCB iziMobile application for retail customers and NCB iziBankbiz for corporate customers.
