NOTICE OF NCB HAU GIANG BRANCH CLOSING

In order to improve the quality of products, services, and customer experiences, and to promote the development of digital banking services, National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) has terminated the operations of Hau Giang Branch. Details are as follows:

1. Closing units:

- Name: National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank - Hau Giang Branch.

- Address: No. 1099, Hung Vuong Street, Nga Bay Ward, Nga Bay City, Hau Giang Province

2. Termination timeline: With the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam and authorities, NCB Hau Giang Branch will cease operations from December 16, 2023.

3. Customer transactions:

Customer transactions at NCB Hau Giang Branch will still be maintained through the following channels:

- Other transaction offices/branches in the National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank system across the country;
