NOTICE OF TAN BINH, TAN DINH, PHAM NGOC THACH TRANSACTION OFFICES, HCMC CLOSING

In order to improve the quality of products, services, and customer experiences, and to promote the development of digital banking services, National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) has terminated the operations of Tan Binh Transaction Office, Tan Dinh Transaction Office, and Pham Ngoc Thach Transaction Office, Sai Gon Branch in HCMC. Details are as follows:

1. Closing units:

- Name: National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank - Sai Gon Branch - Tan Binh Transaction Office. Address: No. 302 Le Van Sy Street, Ward 1, Tan Binh District, HCMC.

- Name: National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank - Sai Gon Branch - Tan Dinh Transaction Office. Address: No. 116-118 Tran Quang Khai, Tan Dinh Ward, District 1, HCMC.

- Name: National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank - Sai Gon Branch - Pham Ngoc Thach Transaction Office. Address: No. 34A Pham Ngoc Thach, Ward 6, District 3, HCMC.

2. Termination timeline: With the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam and authorities, Tan Binh Transaction Office, Tan Dinh Transaction Office, and Pham Ngoc Thach Transaction Office - Sai Gon Branch will cease operations from March 23, 2024.

3. Customer transactions:

Customer transactions at Tan Binh Transaction Office, Tan Dinh Transaction Office, and Pham Ngoc Thach Transaction Office - Sai Gon Branch will still be maintained through the following channels:
