NOTIFICATION OF SERVICE TERMINATION FOR NCB CARDHOLDERS REGARDING THE SUPPLY OF PAPER CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS AND PIN CODES

Starting in June 2024, the National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) will cease the practice of sending regular paper statements for NCB Visa credit cards and provide paper pin codes to customers using NCB cards. We aim to promote environmental protection and sustainable development with this decision.

NCB Visa credit cardholders will now get electronic statements via email instead of traditional paper statements delivered by mail/delivery.

Customers who have been granted NCB credit cards but have not yet registered to receive periodic statements via email can visit the nearest NCB branch/transaction office or contact Hotline 1800 6166 for assistance.

NCB continues to offer paper statement confirmation services upon request at NCB branches/transaction offices in the event that you require a paper statement for purposes that arise at a later date. The periodic updates to the NCB fee schedule determine the fees for issuing NCB Visa credit card statement confirmation.
